Terms of use

Effective 7 November 2026

1. Who we are

Affilidata (the "Service") is operated by 30M Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 09386561, VAT no. GB313487311), Office 3 St Anns House, 111 Guildford Road, Lightwater, Surrey, GU18 5RA, United Kingdom. "We" and "us" mean 30M Limited.

2. Accepting these terms

By using the Service you accept these terms. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you can bind that organisation to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Subscriptions and fees

  • Plans are billed monthly in advance at the price shown when you subscribe. Prices exclude VAT where VAT applies.
  • You can cancel at any time. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and is not refunded for part periods unless the law requires it.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next billing period after the notice ends.
  • Each plan has the limits shown on the pricing page, such as the number of tracked links or SKUs.

4. Your affiliate programmes

Affilidata shows offers and commission rates; it does not join programmes for you or place links. Your links use your own affiliate IDs. You are responsible for being approved by each merchant or network and for following their programme terms. We never take a share of your commission.

5. Data accuracy

Prices, stock and commission rates come from network feeds and programme terms, which change often. We match products and refresh data in good faith, but we do not guarantee that any figure is accurate, complete or current. Check the network or merchant before you rely on a figure for a decision.

6. Licence and acceptable use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service and its exports for your own business during your subscription. You agree not to:

  • resell, sublicense or publish substantial parts of the Service's data, or build a competing dataset from it;
  • scrape or extract data at a volume or in a way that puts an unreasonable load on the Service;
  • share your account with people outside your organisation;
  • probe, scan or test the Service's security, or get round any limit or authentication;
  • use the Service for anything unlawful.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, product matches and compiled datasets, belongs to or is licensed to 30M Limited and is protected by intellectual-property laws, including database rights. Data published by networks and merchants remains theirs. Your own data, such as the links and catalogues you upload, remains yours.

8. Third-party sites

The Service links to networks, merchants and other sites we do not control. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, commission, business or data, or for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

10. Suspension and ending

We may suspend or end your access if you seriously breach these terms, after telling you why where we reasonably can. You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For changes that matter, we will email subscribers at least 30 days before they apply.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep any protection the law of your country gives you.

13. Contact

Questions about these terms: [email protected]. How we handle personal data is in our privacy notice.
